Our house isn't too bad as it's double brick so it will take a bit to warm up but tomorrow when it's cooler the house will still be holding the heat so we are running the aircon now to help with airflow etc.
Mostly stayed home today as noone had any energy to do anything else. I did a run this afternoon to pick up a few more giveaways on my way home to dropping off the children to my mums house. They are spending the night there so hubby and I was able to go to the movies.
I also dropped off another bag of stuff at savers so another stamp! Cheeky I know!
On the way home I had to drop into Woolies to get another loaf of bread - it's disappearing fast these school holidays. Out of habit I guess I always look in the bakery to see mark downs even though there was none I went to a different woolies than I normally do and they had a lot of their meat marked down. Even though I know I said I wasn't going to buy any more food until we have eaten all that is here, they had my favourite chicken satay sticks there for half price so I grabbed the three packets that were marked down. They are quick and easy to cook and will eliminate the need to do another HJ's drive in for dinner ...
Hubby and I saw Jack Reacher at the movies, it was the double pass that I got from eBay so a good saving there. It was nice and cool inside there too which was great but I think that everyone had the same idea!
We had dinner before hand too at my fav place Cafe Primo I love eating there as meals are only $13.90 and you get a free pancake at the end of the meal - so you are well and truley stuffed! So yes another eating out meal but now that my Zumba teaching starts again next week my nights out are now nul and void so it was lovely to get out while I could.
